1. There doesn’t seem to have a lot of information on the amount of content and pages that is required for both the general public site and the member’s only site.
The content for the public and protected sites will be discussed with the successful bidder.
In general, the public site will include (not limited to): the PPCII's terms of Reference, an introduction to each committee's work, meeting minutes, an image gallery, a calendar of events, resources, list of members, membership form, member newsletter etc.
The following may be included in the protected section of the website: working/draft versions of documents, in-house forms.
2. Who is handling your hosting?
We have a three-year package with hostpapa.ca.
3. Where can we go to look at a Branding Package?
There was a typo in the bid document under the "Design" section - the style guide was not enclosed. Instead, it will be made available to the successful bidder. There are 2 versions of the logo that are publicly available: the symbol version which is in the print advertisement, and the version with the organisation name that can be seen in the header of the blog: ppcii.blogspot.com
4. How many photos is your organization looking for? (One for each section or a different one for each page)
The number of photos/images required will depend on the design of the website that is proposed, and the content which is being addressed on the specific page. While we want to see well-chosen images for aesthetic appeal throughout the website, the intent is not to make the site too image heavy and we welcome the successful bidder's guidance on this.
